Securing your Information
We protect your information in various ways. We have established rules to make certain that only those persons or companies that need to see your information can do so. Steps have been taken to make sure that our office and computer systems are secure. Our employees are trained to follow our privacy policies, and those who violate our rules face disciplinary action.

Information that We Collect
Because of the nature of small business accounting, we will have access to all your nonpublic personal and business financial information. This may include, but is not limited to, banking and credit card information, receivables and payables, insurance information, employee files and payroll information, and monthly financial statements and status.

Information that May be Disclosed
We will share certain information with your CPA, insurance agency, banker, and/or financial investment advisor with your permission, as required or as allowed by law.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information. We do not sell lists or share information regarding our present or past clients.

We have the same policy about disclosing information about former clients as we do about current clients.
